Remarks

What GetTriggerPause(TriggerKey, CancellationToken), GetTriggerGroupPause(string, CancellationToken) and GetJobGroupPause(string, CancellationToken) answer, and what Pause carries. Only a pause that said something is recorded, so at least one of the two texts is set; a reasonless pause has no PauseInfo.

RequestedBy string: Who asked, cut to MaxRequestedByLength; null when nobody said.
PausedAtUtc DateTimeOffset: When the pause was made, on the scheduler's clock.
