Quartz.NET 3.x

These are the documents for the 3.x line, which is maintained. Quartz.NET 4.x is the current release; the migration guide says what changed and what to do about it.

Quartz.Extensions.Hosting integrates Quartz with hosted services.

Tips

Quartz.Extensions.Hosting requires Quartz 3.2 or later. On 3.1, use the Quartz.AspNetCore package.

Using

The AddQuartzHostedService extension method on IServiceCollection adds a hosted Quartz server to the process, started and stopped with the application's lifetime.

The Quartz.Extensions.DependencyInjection documentation covers configuring the scheduler, jobs and triggers.
